Her latest offering, <a href=\"http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/GMA\/Careers\/story?id=2059783&#038;CMP=OTC-RSSFeeds0312\" target=\"_blank\">Bad Bosses Can Infect an Entire Business<\/a>, is a quick read with a strong point.  Employees need positive reinforcement.  Some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.selectmetrix.com\/Process_Selling_Style.html\" target=\"_blank\">styles<\/a> (High I) require more while other styles (High C) do not.  Some employees are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.selectmetrix.com\/Process_Rewards.html\" target=\"_blank\">rewarded<\/a> by praise while others are rewarded by money.
