Employers who manage millennials need to understand their generational footprint in order to keep this tech-savvy, plugged-in group of employees engaged in their work.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Here is an excerpt from <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.recruitingtrends.com\/online\/thoughtleadership\/1073-1.html\">the second one<\/a> (my emphasis):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>So how do you supervise, lead, and approach this next generation of high potentials?
