Full confession \u2013 I despise meetings.\u00a0 I have spent much of my career sitting through insanely inefficient meetings \u2013 I prefer to call them \u201cboil the ocean\u201d meetings.\u00a0 The topics in these meetings usually lacked clarity and focus so the meeting would drift\u2026badly.\u00a0 Of course, when your boss is sitting in the meeting (or worse, was the one who called it) it is difficult to exit early.
