I have seen a company\u2019s perception of a \u201cstrong\u201d salesperson change dramatically during similar economic times.\u00a0 This downturn is no exception.\u00a0 You may find that some of your strongest, most-skilled salespeople are not necessarily the ones at the very top of your revenue spreadsheet.<\/p>\n
