Seriously, Forbes ranked the top 25<\/a>…is there anything Forbes won’t rank?\u00a0 Yet, I am a sucker and watched the slide show.\u00a0 I’ll speed it up for you a bit and provide the top 5:<\/p>\n

  2. Bethesda-Gaithersburg-Frederick, MD<\/li>\n
  3. Ithaca, NY<\/li>\n
  4. ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN<\/font><\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Corvallis, OR<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I won’t mention which one of those towns is my hometown…well, I spent the first 5 years of my life there.\u00a0 Lee says that doesn’t count.\u00a0 Unfortunately for him, the Twin Cities did not make the list.<\/p>\n

    In all seriousness, I’m not sure if there is much value to this type of list.\u00a0 Clearly the top towns are host to a major university which stands to reason they would have a higher rating.\u00a0 The mildly interesting point to me is how these different college towns rated against each other.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
