A lot of people I speak with find it maddening when companies come across as though they're hiring when collecting resumes is all they're doing. It brings to mind a question, though, that this could be a waste of money. If they weren't paying for ads just to get resumes, which they could do other ways for free, perhaps they'd save enough cash to hire someone.
