		<description>The only positive thing I can say about this is that they&#039;re honest about what they&#039;re doing.

A lot of people I speak with find it maddening when companies come across as though they&#039;re hiring when collecting resumes is all they&#039;re doing.

It brings to mind a question, though, that this could be a waste of money. If they weren&#039;t paying for ads just to get resumes, which they could do other ways for free, perhaps they&#039;d save enough cash to hire someone.
