However, no one should dismiss those of us who work extra hard to not only stay on top of things–especially with respect to multi-generational buying and selling–but even take a leadership position, leveraging our experience and whatever wisdom we’ve managed to accumulate over all those many, many, many years…

With that being said, I’m glad you continue to raise the issue. It’s important for every employee and manager to understand the challenges and more important, the solutions.
