Many boomers are stagnant. However, no one should dismiss those of us who work extra hard to not only stay on top of things--especially with respect to multi-generational buying and selling--but even take a leadership position, leveraging our experience and whatever wisdom we&#039;ve managed to accumulate over all those many, many, many years... :-)

With that being said, I&#039;m glad you continue to raise the issue.  It&#039;s important for every employee and manager to understand the challenges and more important, the solutions.</description>
