I think you making this an either you use features and benefits or you try to listen and understand a clients&#039; needs.  I believe it is both. You first have to qualify them and understand what they need but next you have to present what you have or they simply won&#039;t buy.  Using features and benefits together gives you a framework to match their needs to the product you are offering.
