		<description>Remember the book - Good to Great? It only takes a small change or that something extra to set a company or sales team apart from the rest. Coaching is that something (right after great hiring - face it, my yorkie is never going to grasp the difficult concepts that working dogs get). If you don&#039;t coach, you aren&#039;t a sales manager. The rewards far outweigh the effort and the costs.</description>
